The transport cost is a one-time charge per order that covers both delivery, then collection once your hire is complete.

- Collection services are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
- All equipment must be accessible when the GJ Rental driver arrives.
- Ensure the equipment is ready for collection as per your rent agreement.
- Return the rental items in a suitable state, similar to their condition at the start of your rent.
- On the day of collection, we will reach out to confirm a time window.
- Someone must be present to sign the collection note for our records in case any issues arise.
- You will be issued a collection note as physical evidence of your order collection.
