We will need to see TWO PROOFS of identity, one from each of the lists below:
List A - Photo ID
- Full photo driving licence
- Passport
- National ID card
List B - Proof of address, must not be more than three months old:
- Bank/Building Society statement
- Credit/Charge Card statement
- Utility Bill (Gas, electric, water, landline telephone)
- Mobile telephone bill
No. We provide operators to operate our machines so be assured to get the job done.
If you are a private hirer and are using the equipment on private property, no license/certificate is required.
No, it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is insured.
If you wish to keep the equipment longer phone us on 059 701 5599 and a new payment will be taken.
If a refund is applicable, then of course you will receive one.
Your rental items must be returned in a suitable state so please clean the equipment to a condition mimicking how they where delivered to you at the beginning of your rent.
For extra convenience, you can have your equipment delivered and/or collected. A delivery charge may apply and will vary according to distance from our office. Should you decide to collect the equipment, we can also advise on suitable vehicle types. Please note that deliveries to cities with congestion may have additional costs applied.
