Can I pay cash for the hiring of equipment?

We do not accept cash. Payment must be made upfront by MoMo or direct bank transfer. Please contact us for our MoMo number or bank details. 

What I.D. do I need to provide when renting equipment?

We will need to see TWO PROOFS of identity, one from each of the lists below:

List A - Photo ID

  • Full photo driving licence
  • Passport
  • National ID card

List B - Proof of address, must not be more than three months old:

  • Bank/Building Society statement
  • Credit/Charge Card statement
  • Utility Bill (Gas, electric, water, landline telephone)
  • Mobile telephone bill
Can I operate the machines on my own?

No. We provide operators to operate our machines so be assured to get the job done.

Do I need to have a licence/certificate to use the equipment?

If you are a private hirer and are using the equipment on private property, no license/certificate is required. 

Is the equipment insured for theft?

No, it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is insured.

What if I want to keep the equipment longer?

If you wish to keep the equipment longer phone us on 059 701 5599 and a new payment will be taken.

If I return the equipment before the due date will I get a refund?

If a refund is applicable, then of course you will receive one.

Do I need to clean the equipment before I return it?

Your rental items must be returned in a suitable state so please clean the equipment to a condition mimicking how they where delivered to you at the beginning of your rent.

Do you deliver and collect?

For extra convenience, you can have your equipment delivered and/or collected. A delivery charge may apply and will vary according to distance from our office. Should you decide to collect the equipment, we can also advise on suitable vehicle types. Please note that deliveries to cities with congestion may have additional costs applied.

Do I need to be at the delivery premises when the equipment arrives?

Yes, we must have a signature for the equipment and be shown the appropriate I.D.
